After our family trip to Japan, the kids gave Dave and I bowls and spoons and all the ingredients to make miso soup. Really fun Christmas present. 

Directions: 
  1. Add water, dashi, tofu, and wakame together and bring to a boil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Turn water off and gently dissolve in miso paste
  3. Reheat to just before boiling if needed
